Commercial Garage Doors

Built for the way your building actually gets used, from a two-bay shop to a loading dock.

Types of Commercial Doors

Sectional Steel Doors

The most common commercial door. Sections roll up along overhead tracks, much like a residential door, but built with heavier gauge steel, commercial hardware, and higher-cycle springs. Available in insulated and non-insulated, with or without vision panels, in sizes up to large machine-shed openings. Best for buildings where the door opens and closes several times a day.

Rolling Steel Doors

Rolling steel doors coil up into a compact drum above the opening, which makes them a great choice when headroom is tight or you don’t want overhead tracks in the way of lighting, sprinklers, or storage. Common on warehouses, self-storage, and interior fire-rated openings. Built to handle heavy commercial cycle counts.

Commercial Brands

We install and service commercial doors from CHI. Between their sectional steel and rolling steel lines, we can spec a door for essentially any commercial opening you have: insulated or not, with or without vision panels.

Buildings We Serve

We work with every kind of commercial building around Dublin.

Commercial Repair & Preventive Service

We keep commercial doors running after the install too. Cable replacement, spring service, opener repair, panel replacement, weather seal, and scheduled preventive maintenance are all part of what we do. If you run a building where a door being down costs you money, ask us about a scheduled maintenance plan so we catch the wear before it stops the door.

The same wear items show up on commercial doors as on residential ones, only faster. Our repair and service page covers what tends to fail first.

What to Expect

How a commercial door job runs from the first call to a working opening.

  1. 01

    Site Visit & Spec

We come out, measure the opening, and ask how the door actually gets used, including cycles per day, headroom, and clearances.

  2. 02

    Quote & Lead Time

You get a written quote with the door, hardware, and opener specced for that cycle count, plus a realistic lead time on the order.

  3. 03

    Install Around You

We schedule the install to fit your operating hours and keep the opening usable wherever we can, so the building keeps working.
